Tika divides herself between work as an interdisciplinary artist and graphic designer. She has worked as an actress, performer, director, manager, waitress, cashier, and independent producer, essentially in Bolivia.

She started theater in 2001, and from 2013 began to explore performance, with a greater awareness of procedures and research. She did her Interdisciplinary Master in Theatre and Performing Arts at the University of Colombia, which allowed her to understand that she has always looked for a place to sit and look at the clouds, watch people pass by, and make it a secret that she will share, at some point, with strangers.

DOCUMENTATION PROPOSAL/ARCHIVE OF 2022’S LINHA DE FUGA

They want to create a chronicle (Guamán Poma de Ayala). They propose to work with writing from its expanded form and as the driving force of the documentation and archive work in the Laboratory; as a formula for whispering, as a formulation of omens and counter-spells to re-enchant. Through writing, they want to exercise listening, they want to spread the thrill of archive work; to write with the tongue, to write with the elbow, from the gut, to write among all as a mutant ecosystem. Through a series of careful provocations of "gualicheras" and witchcraft, they intend to propose to the participants of Linha de Fuga types of machinery of archive and memory, of fiction and autofiction, to build together a memory of the future.

This is a collective proposal to document 2022’s Linha de Fuga, born from the reflections generated in the Germinal platform, a space of thought that they have started to develop together in this last year, which is a research nursery for the performing arts, in Bolivian territory. This curatorial-healing - as they call it - has allowed them to imagine the processes of creation from an expanded perspective as curators-healers of the artistic work, imagining this curatorial-healing work as a process of regeneration and a way of deeply listening to the artists. For them, the artist is beyond their virtuosity and technicality, so they prefer to focus on the strengths/powers of the artist-poet, artist-astrologer, and artist-farmer, just as one would consider this profession within the Andean cosmovisions.
