Marinah Raposo (Luso-Brazilian, Coimbra – Rio de Janeiro, 1990) is a PhD student in Architecture and holds a Master’s in Curatorial Studies from the University of Coimbra – PT, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – BR. She researches and works at the intersections of art and architecture, focusing on curatorship, exhibition design, and mediation, addressing collective memories and contemporary vulnerabilities through artivism, ecology, and technology. She worked as curatorial assistant to Ângela Berlinde in the production of the event, publication, and oversaw the exhibition architecture for VERMELHO VIVO – AMOR E REVOLUÇÃO, a contemporary Luso-Afro-Brazilian art exhibition part of the Festival Solar, at the Museum of Image and Sound of Ceará (Fortaleza – BR, 2024-2025). She also collaborated as assistant curator and producer for the exhibition VOZES PERFORMATIVAS with curator Sonia Salcedo del Castillo at the Mimesis Festival, and A CORDA MOR during the Cultural Week of the University of Coimbra (Coimbra – PT, 2024). She was part of the educational team, coordinated by Jorge Cabrera, for ANOZERO'24 – Bienal de Coimbra O FANTASMA DA LIBERDADE, mediating visits for diverse audiences and participating in the production of the event and the publication FÓRUM DE ARTE E EDUCAÇÃO: PROFESSORES, PODEMOS FALAR DE DESCOLONIZAÇÃO?. She completed a curatorial residency at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, resulting in the exhibition SÓ PORQUE FOI, E VOOU (Lisbon – PT, 2023–2024), and received a scholarship for the Venice Curatorial Course, with residency at the Fondazione Bevilacqua la Masa, culminating in the exhibition CLARITY IS CLOSE TO THE SUN (Venice – IT, 2023). Her trajectory also includes exhibition design and production for RECIFE DIGITAL (Bahia – BR, 2022), both in fixed and itinerant formats, in partnership with the Projeto Coral Vivo; and REPANGEIA – A Technoshamanic Experience (Rio de Janeiro – BR, 2019) at the Museum of Tomorrow.
