Em outubro, O que me faz artista tem Jan Fedinger como convidado, artista visual que tem como principal instrumento de trabalho a luz.
É conhecido pelos seus desenhos de luz em que esta se torna uma presença corporal, tendo já trabalhado com nomes como Jan Martens, Aina Alegre, Jefta van Dinther, Daniel Linehan, entre outros. No trabalho a solo de Jan, os performers humanos são substituídos por agentes de luz, som e espaço, que criam ambientes de experiência que questionam o real.
Jan Fedinger apresenta no festival Linha de Fuga 2025 a sua obra land[e]scapes 4. redistribution of wealth by nature [working title] e esta é uma forma de conhecermos a cabeça do criador, antes de vermos a sua obra.
O que me faz artista é uma rúbrica de conversas desenvolvido por Linha de Fuga onde se conversa com artistas sobre o seu percurso, com o intuito de humanizar a criação artística e demonstrar todo o trabalho, dúvidas e questões que um artista se coloca ao criar. Programa feito em colaboração com o LIPA/TAGV.
In October, What Makes Me an Artist features guest Jan Fedinger, a visual artist whose main instrument is light.
He is known for his light drawings, in which light becomes a bodily presence, having collaborated with artists such as Jan Martens, Aina Alegre, Jefta van Dinther, Daniel Linehan, among others. In Jan’s solo work, human performers are replaced by agents of light, sound, and space, which create experiential environments that question reality.
At the Linha de Fuga 2025 festival, Jan Fedinger presents his work land[e]scapes 4. redistribution of wealth by nature [working title], offering a way to enter the creator’s mind before encountering the work itself.
What Makes Me an Artist is a series of conversations developed by Linha de Fuga, where artists share their journeys, with the aim of humanizing artistic creation and revealing the labor, doubts, and questions that arise in the creative process. The program is presented in collaboration with LIPA/TAGV.
