A oficina «Dançar com o Corpo Inteiro» dirige-se a criadores, escritores, bailarines, coreógrafes e artistas da dança, performance, teatro e criação interdisciplinar.
Nesta oficina, Luís Guerra, partilha ferramentas ou caminhos que foi explorando ao longo de cerca de vinte anos de trabalho contínuo enquanto intérprete para obras performativas, nomeadamente em dança e teatro, mas também incluindo a sua experiência no mundo das artes visuais.
Durante o fim-de-semana, o artista irá partilhar a sua paixão por esta disciplina e o porquê de sentir que o corpo, com tudo o que ele é, é um dos instrumentos mais ricos em termos de expressão, encontrando formas de, em conjunto, poder activar partes adormecidas dentro dele, ou seja, trazer mais consciência para o que esteja no inconsciente.
Estará, antes de mais nada, aberto para construir em conjunto um encontro que seja frutífero e nutritivo para todas as pessoas que a ele se juntem.
A oficina desenvolve-se entre e com o apoio do Centro Cultural Penedo da Saudade e o Jardim Botânico da UC.

The ‘Dancing with the Whole Body’ workshop is aimed at creators, writers, dancers, choreographers and artists working in dance, performance, theatre and interdisciplinary practices.
In this workshop, Luís Guerra shares tools and approaches that he has explored over nearly twenty years of continuous work as a performer in performance-based works, particularly in dance and theatre, while also drawing on his experience in the visual arts.
Over the course of the weekend, the artist will share his passion for this discipline and explore why he considers the body, in all that it encompasses, to be one of the richest instruments for expression. Together, participants will seek ways of activating dormant parts of the body — in other words, bringing greater awareness to what lies within the unconscious.
Above all, he will remain open to collectively shaping an encounter that is fruitful and nourishing for everyone who takes part.
The workshop takes place between, and with the support of, Centro Cultural Penedo da Saudade and the Botanical Garden of the University of Coimbra.
