
Linha de Fuga abre a candidatura a duas bolsas de criação para a submissão de propostas de criação de obras curtas de dança e/ou performance para espaços não convencionais a ser integradas na segunda edição do festival Há Festas nas Aldeias, que decorrerá nas aldeias de Alfafar, Bruscos e Vila Seca, nos dias 4 e 5 de Julho de 2026, em colaboração com O Lugar do Meio e associações locais. As criações voltarão à Baixa de Coimbra para uma segunda apresentação, nos dias 26 e 27 de Setembro de 2026, no âmbito da curadoria A Aldeia vai à Cidade, em colaboração com o Festival Apura e a Blue House.
Esta Convocatória destina-se a associações e agentes culturais independentes locais e tem como objetivo apoiar e viabilizar iniciativas artísticas locais, ativar os territórios de trabalho através da dança e performance, ampliar as relações entre tradição e experimentação, promover a diversidade e a inclusão, estimular a participação cidadã e contribuir para um futuro mais sustentável e justo, dando palco à cooperação e à continuidade do conceito de performatividade da amizade. Pretende-se visibilizar artistas que tenham vontade de aprender, de relacionar-se e olhar para os territórios rurais e urbanos como um terreno possível para o desenvolvimento de obras artísticas, de mediação e de colaboração entre artistas, agentes culturais e população local.
Com a intenção de permitir a longevidade dos projetos e de transmitir ferramentas aos artistas, as propostas selecionadas serão integradas no programa de mentorias culturais e artísticas e na Formação Corpo|Território de Linha de Fuga, que decorre entre Abril e Novembro de 2026.

Linha de Fuga opens applications for two creation grants for the submission of two proposals for short dance and/or performance works for non-conventional spaces, to be integrated into the second edition of the festival Há Festas nas Aldeias, which will take place in the villages of Alfafar, Bruscos and Vila Seca on 4 and 5 July 2026, in collaboration with O Lugar do Meio and local associations. The festival will return to downtown Coimbra for a second presentation on 26 and 27 September 2026, as part of the curatorial programme A Aldeia vai à Cidade, in collaboration with Festival Apura and Blue House.
This Open Call is aimed at local associations and independent cultural agents and seeks to support and enable local artistic initiatives, activate working territories through dance and performance, broaden the relationship between tradition and experimentation, promote diversity and inclusion, encourage civic participation and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future, foregrounding cooperation and the continuity of the concept of the performativity of friendship. The intention is to give visibility to artists who wish to learn, build relationships and view rural and urban territories as possible grounds for the development of artistic, mediation and collaborative works between artists, cultural agents and local communities.
With the intention of ensuring the longevity of the selected projects and transmitting tools to the selected artists, the chosen proposals will be integrated into Linha de Fuga’s cultural and artistic mentoring programme and into the Corpo|Território Training Programme, taking place between April and November 2026.
1. Two creation grants in the amount of €3,500 each (VAT included), upon submission of invoice(s), covering fees, copyright, production and set-up of each creation
2. Support for transport, accommodation and subsistence during residencies taking place outside Coimbra – to be negotiated with the selected projects
3. Technical support for set-up during presentations
4. Integration into the Linha de Fuga mentoring programme, including artistic, management, production, mediation and communication support
5. Free access to the Corpo|Território Training Programme – an “indisciplinary” training in artistic practices
6. Support in identifying rehearsal spaces and access to presentation venues
1. Budget management, production and logistics management, and payment of copyright (if applicable);
2. Delivery of two presentations, within the framework of Há Festas nas Aldeias (4 and 5 July) and the curatorial programme A Aldeia vai à Cidade (25 and 26 September);
3. Mandatory participation in the Linha de Fuga mentoring programme and in the Corpo|Território Training Programme, taking place between April and November 2026 (once per month – to be agreed with the selected projects);
4. Acknowledgement of the creation support in all future promotional materials for the project, including the logos of Linha de Fuga and all partners involved;
5. Work insurance (mandatory for self-employed workers) is the responsibility of each artist/collective;
